About

A digital services team built around shipping, not around billable hours.

NILMOTECH covers the whole arc of a digital product — the build, the growth and the operational work underneath both. We started it because the handover between those three is where most projects quietly go wrong.

Why we exist

Most companies end up buying a website from one supplier, an app from a second, marketing from a third and admin support from a fourth. Each of them is competent. The problem is the seams — nobody owns what happens when the site launches and the campaigns aren’t ready, or when the app ships and nobody has written the support process.

We built NILMOTECH to cover those seams. The same team that scopes your build can run the acquisition that fills it and the remote support that keeps it running, which means the conversation about “who does that” has an answer before it becomes a problem.

We’re remote-first and deliberately small. Everyone who works on your project is someone you have met, and the person accountable for delivery is the person who wrote the estimate.

How we work

Six commitments we can actually be held to.

  • 01

    You own everything

Repositories, cloud accounts, ad accounts and data are in your name from day one. Code and documentation are handed over at the end of an engagement, and there is no proprietary layer that only we can maintain.

  • 02

    Priced before we start

You get a written scope with a number against it. When the scope moves we re-quote and you decide — we don’t quietly absorb the extra and invoice you for it later.

  • 03

Something to look at every week

Progress is a deployed environment, not a status report. From the second step of the process onward there is a working URL you can open and react to.

  • 04

We say when something isn’t working

If a channel, an approach or a piece of scope isn’t earning its place, we tell you and recommend stopping. An agency that never recommends less work isn’t giving you advice.

  • 05

Plain language, including in the bad news

Estimates come with the assumptions behind them, and problems come with what they cost. Nobody here is rewarded for making a delay sound like an opportunity.

  • 06

Small enough to know your project

You get named people who stay on the work, and a lead who is accountable for it. No rotating delivery pool, and no account manager between you and the people building.

Tell us what you’re building. We’ll tell you what it takes.

A scoping call costs nothing and ends with a written view of scope, timeline and price. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll say so and point you somewhere better.
